We proudly ship all of our products directly from our own manufacturing facilities, ensuring quality, consistency, and fast fulfilment. Our primary manufacturing and dispatch centre is based in Davenport, USA, where the majority of our products are designed, produced, and shipped. This facility allows us to efficiently serve customers across the United States and internationally, while maintaining close control over production standards and turnaround times.

In addition to our US operation, we also operate a dedicated UK manufacturing unit in Dorset. This facility supports our UK and European customers and plays an important role in producing select items and managing regional fulfilment. Having manufacturing capabilities in both the USA and the UK allows us to be flexible, resilient, and responsive to customer demand.

In some circumstances, your order may be shipped from our Dorset, UK unit instead of Davenport. This typically happens when US stock is temporarily low, when an item is made to order, or when a particular product is only manufactured at one specific facility due to specialist equipment or production methods.
